Since 2014, The Hope Center has been working with the youth in North Mississippi to encourage and let them know that they matter.

 

Now, it's time for you to get involved.

 

We have several areas in which we need help. First, become a Mentor. Mentors work directly with the kids in groups and 1:1 mentoring. To learn more about what that means, click here. You don't have to know what to do; we'll help you learn. There is ongoing training that will support you and encourage you along the way. You just have to love kids!

Second, be a Volunteer. Is that the same thing as a Mentor? Well, not exactly. The two positions can certainly overlap, but our volunteers serve with the setup and tear down of events, cleaning up afterward, advertising our events by visiting businesses and organizations to hand out flyers for our events and being our local ambassadors.

Lastly, be a Sponsor. Sponsors are like the sunshine that helps us grow! Sponsors can help us by donating water, snacks, candy, swag, and even places to host our events. Of course, monetary donations are always helpful. Rest assured that everything we get goes back to the kids we serve. Donating to The Hope Center invests in the next generation of community leaders. Believe me, they see that you care, which makes a difference for them and their families.
